Responsibilities
We are seeking energetic individuals who enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests during the festive season. If you enjoy engaging with people and thrive in a lively event environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Position: Christmas Wonderland Event Crew (4 Positions Available)
Location: Christmas Wonderland, Gardens by the Bay
Contract Period: 27 November 2026 – 3 January 2027
Working Hours & Remuneration:
6:15 PM – 11:15 PM (5 hours per shift)
3–4 days per week on a rotating roster
Weekends and Public Holidays may be required
$15 Per hour rate
Job Responsibilities
Manage and operate event booths featuring AI Caricature and Build-A-Bear activities.
Welcome and engage guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist customers with booth activities and provide basic product information.
Handle queue management and crowd flow.
Maintain booth cleanliness and presentation standards.
Support daily opening and closing procedures.
Escalate operational issues to the Event Supervisor when necessary.
Requirements
Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality.
Comfortable interacting with children, families, and large crowds.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
Able to commit throughout the event period.
Prior event, retail, customer service, or attraction experience is an advantage but not required.
Selection Process
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend an interview in November 2026.
Successful candidates must be available to commit to the event period from 27 November 2026 to 3 January 2027.
