This is a fixed-term role of 6-months onlyto support a fixed duration client project. The suitable candidate is expected to hit the ground running on the client projectfrom day one due to the short-term nature of the role.

In this role you will have theopportunity to work in teams and help our client solve some of its mostdifficult problems.

As a Project Operations Specialist,you will play an active role in problem solving for our client includingidentifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing, and conducting analyses, andsynthesizing conclusions into recommendations.

What You’ll Do

You'll work inteams of typically 3 - 5 consultants to identify, and oftentimes implement,potential solutions for a specific client problem or challenge. Together, youwill help our client make lasting improvements to their performance and realizetheir most important goals.

Over the course of the project, you will gather and analyzeinformation, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop and communicaterecommendations. You'll also present results to client management and implementrecommendations in collaboration with client team members.

Requirements:

1.    University degree with atechnical or business specialization, with excellent academic performance

2.    At least 6 years ofprofessional experience in an area of operations (capital productivity,manufacturing, product development, purchasing, service operations, or supplychain management)

3.    3 to 4 years of businessmanagement and/or business consulting experience in a reputed company. As thisis a short-term role involving work on urgent projects, experience working in atop-tier management consulting firm is highly advantageous.  

4.    Strong knowledge inMedTech, especially in Urology

5.    Experience in drivinglarge scale transformation, especially with topical expertise on AI / digital

6.    Data analytics,automation and optimization experience preferred

7.    A solid knowledge, basedon practical experience, of all areas of Lean Manufacturing, e.g., the ToyotaProduction System, kaizen methods,TPM, JIT, SMED

8.    Passionate aboutoperational excellence

9.    Demonstrated aptitude foranalytics

10.  Provenrecord of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricularactivities

11.  Abilityto work collaboratively in a team environment

12.  Abilityto work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
