Full Time Digital Marketing Executive (AI-enabled) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Montanic Adventure Selangor - Maukerja

Job Summary

Montanic Group, an outdoor retailer in Malaysia, Brunei and Singapore, is hiring a hands-on digital marketer who uses AI tools in real work. You will run paid ads, plan and post social content, coordinate the team and supervise the AI bots that support our marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Google.
• Manage the content calendar and publish across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Use Claude or similar AI tools with connectors (e.g. Gmail, Google Drive, ad platforms) to research, draft and report.
• Brief our AI bots and check their output before anything goes live, is sent or spends budget.
• Assign and track tasks across the team, freelancers and AI agents.
• Monitor performance (ROAS, CPA, reach, engagement) and report weekly with recommendations.
• Support campaigns, product launches and occasional events.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or a related field.
• 1–2 years of digital marketing experience, including running paid ads yourself.
• Practical, regular use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT or similar), with examples to show.
• Basic understanding of AI connectors/integrations and the judgement to review AI output.
• Comfortable with analytics, spreadsheets and managing multiple deadlines.
• Good English and Bahasa Malaysia; available for occasional weekend events.

Nice to Have

• Meta, Google or TikTok ads certification.
• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) or setting up AI agents.
• Interest in the outdoor lifestyle.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
