Job Summary
Lead marketing initiatives by analyzing campaign data to enhance engagement and ROI. Develop brand strategies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage branded asset creation to strengthen market presence and customer interaction.
Responsibilities
Analyze marketing campaign results using advanced analytics to develop actionable strategies that increase audience engagement, conversion rates, and ROI
Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all communications and customer touchpoints to support brand-building efforts
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of marketing initiatives
Design and implement strategic product messaging and promotional plans to enhance brand presence, market positioning, and customer engagement
Oversee the creation and deployment of branded materials such as brochures, slide decks, and promotional tools, ensuring compliance with regional and global marketing standards
Perform additional marketing-related tasks as assigned to support organizational goals
Required competencies and certifications
Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a closely related discipline
Minimum 2 years of practical marketing experience with proven skills in brand messaging, online marketing, and campaign execution
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing marketing efforts across multiple international markets
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Analytics, social media scheduling software, and email campaign systems
Strong understanding of marketing principles, methodologies, and industry best practices
Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed business decisions
