About the role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and manage M&E projects from planning to completion. The role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered according to the agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and safety requirements while coordinating closely with clients, engineers, technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from project handover following tender award through execution, completion, and final handover to clients.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Lead and coordinate engineers, technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, costs, manpower, materials, equipment, and procurement to ensure project requirements and milestones are met.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities on project requirements, technical matters, schedules, and approvals.
• Review project scope, specifications, drawings, and contractual requirements to ensure works are carried out according to approved documents.
• Monitor project quality, safety, and compliance with applicable regulations, client requirements, and company procedures.
• Identify project risks, resolve operational issues, manage changes in project scope, and take corrective action to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Prepare and review project progress reports, budgets, schedules, and other relevant project documentation.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, defect rectification, and final project handover to ensure successful project completion.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, engineering, construction, or facilities management, with proven experience managing projects or leading project teams.
• Good understanding of systems, project planning, budgeting, procurement, and site operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and meet project deadlines.
• Willing to travel to project sites and attend site meetings when required
