Role Description The Operations Quality Specialist is a remote role focused on monitoring, improving, and documenting quality standards across consulting projects and internal processes. On a day-to-day basis, this role reviews operational workflows, conducts quality audits, and ensures compliance with established quality assurance frameworks. The specialist analyzes performance data, identifies gaps or risks, and collaborates with project teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. They prepare clear quality reports, maintain up-to-date documentation, and support the development of standardized procedures and best practices. This role also involves regular communication with internal stakeholders and clients to align on quality expectations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support training on quality-related processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess process performance, and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Proficiency in Quality Control practices to monitor deliverables, verify adherence to standards, and maintain consistency across projects.
• Experience in Quality Auditing to plan and conduct audits, document findings, and track corrective actions.
• Solid foundation in Quality Assurance to design and implement quality frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Effective Communication skills for reporting, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with operations management or process improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, quality management, public health, or a related field; relevant certifications in quality or process improvement are a plus.
• Comfort with digital tools and documentation platforms to support remote collaboration and quality tracking.
