Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to be based in the KLIA Downtown area. The ideal candidate should be responsible, customer-oriented, and able to handle customer inquiries, manage car rental bookings, and coordinate vehicle pick-up and drop-off arrangements.

Job Requirements

  • Willing to grow with the company.

  • Must have a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver cars to clients.

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in.

  • Manage rental bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and amendments.

  • Follow up with customers on reservations, payments, and feedback.

  • Coordinate with drivers for vehicle delivery and collection.

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
