Responsibilities
Job Summary
You will provide facial services while supporting sales and service performance in a fast-paced environment. You will work under the supervision of the shop manager, follow the work schedule including weekends and public holidays, and ensure clients receive attentive and professional care.
Responsibilities
Deliver facial treatments accurately using your hands to meet client needs and comfort
Communicate clearly with clients to explain treatment procedures and benefits
Respond sensitively to client concerns and tailor services to their skin and body care needs
Maintain thoroughness and attention to detail in all treatments and client interactions
Support sales efforts by promoting relevant beauty therapies and skin care products
Follow the shop manager’s supervision and adhere to the assigned work schedule, including weekends and public holidays
Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Five years of experience in facial service
Knowledge of beauty therapies and skin and body care products
Strong customer service skills to create a comfortable client experience
Ability to work well with your hands during treatments
Excellent verbal communication skills
