Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media

• Conceptualise, shoot and edit engaging photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok and other digital platforms.

• Produce high-quality visual content featuring food, beverages, restaurant ambience, people and events.

• Create Reels, short-form videos, Stories and other social media content aligned with each brand's identity.

• Take a hands-on approach to content production, from creative planning and on-site shooting to editing and publishing.

• Manage social media content calendars, scheduling and day-to-day posting.

• Monitor social media performance, identify trends and recommend opportunities to improve engagement.

• Attend selected events, activations and restaurant sessions to capture content as required.

Marketing Support

• Support the Marketing Manager in coordinating marketing campaigns, promotions and content deliverables.

• Assist with influencer collaborations, brand partnerships and event-related content.

• Provide general marketing coordination and administrative support when required.

Requirements

• Prior experience in social media management, content creation, photography and videography.

• Strong portfolio showcasing photography, videography and short-form content.

• Proficient in editing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.

• Creative, hands-on and able to independently manage content creation from shooting to publishing.

• Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok and current social media trends.

• Able to work flexible hours, including selected evenings and weekends for shoots and events.

• Having your own photography or videography equipment will be an added advantage.

• Open to discussing a full-time arrangement with suitable candidates.
