Our client is a high-tech engineering company operating in the construction and telecommunications industries. They are looking for a Project Manager (M&E) with relevant experience in the construction engineering industry.

【 Responsibilities 】

- Plan, coordinate and oversee multiple engineering projects from the initial planning stage through to project completion and handover, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

- Prioritise project activities and allocate manpower and other resources efficiently to meet project schedules and objectives.

- Support the preparation of tender proposals for new projects and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and guidelines.

- Review and approve project changes that may affect the scope, budget, schedule or overall project objectives.

- Lead and monitor complex or critical engineering projects, tracking progress and performance against established project plans.

- Identify potential operational issues, implement corrective actions and minimise project delays.

- Lead, mentor and develop project team members to achieve business objectives while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company requirements.

- Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations, industry standards, and customer-specific quality and safety requirements.

- Manage and optimise the allocation of financial, human and material resources to maximise productivity and ensure projects remain within budget.

- Evaluate and approve project investments and resource requirements in line with business needs and organisational objectives.

【 Requirements & Preferences 】

- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

- More than 8 years of relevant experience in the local Electrical or ACMV Engineering industry.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and remain target-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to interact effectively with project team members and stakeholders at all levels.
