Responsibilities
* Manage Instagram, TikTok, Shopee & other platforms
* Plan content, postings & marketing campaigns
* Create content ideas, captions, short videos & promotions
* Monitor social media trends, especially within the Malaysian market
* Handle online customer enquiries
* Assist with events, exhibitions, bazaars & livestreams
* Support other marketing tasks when required
