Diploma in a relevant field.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the construction industry.

Proficiency in using purchasing software and MS Office Suite.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Assist in sourcing and procuring materials, equipment, and services for construction projects.

Prepare and issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor information.

Coordinate with suppliers to resolve any issues related to orders or deliveries.

Support the purchasing manager in budget tracking and cost analysis.

Conduct market research to identify potential new suppliers and products.

Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
