Operations Intern (E-Commerce, Retail - Logistics) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 600 in Brideoak Enterprise Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Operations Interns to join our team!

This internship offers hands-on experience in the daily operations of FashRevo (fashion retail & e-commerce) and uShopUS (international shipping & parcel forwarding).

You will have the opportunity to learn how two different businesses operate, from managing online orders and inventory to handling parcels, shipping processes, and customer support.

This position is ideal for students who want to gain real working experience in a practical and dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. FashRevo – E-Commerce & Retail Operations

• Assist with daily boutique and e-commerce operations.
• Help process, pick, pack, and prepare online orders.
• Assist with stock checking, labelling, restocking, and inventory updates.
• Support order processing from Shopify, TikTok Shop, and other platforms.
• Assist with basic customer enquiries and order-related matters.
• Help with simple product photography, video content, and promotional activities.
• Maintain product arrangement and organisation of the working area.

2. uShopUS – Shipping & Logistics Operations

• Assist with updating parcel records and shipment tracking information.
• Help with routine Buy For Me (BFM), repacking, and parcel consolidation requests.
• Record parcel weight, dimensions, and shipment details.
• Assist with preparing shipping documents and invoices.
• Support shipment bookings and follow-ups.
• Learn basic international shipping and freight forwarding processes.

3. General Operations & Administration

• Assist with basic data entry and documentation.
• Support daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Help maintain accurate records and operational updates.
• Perform other assigned tasks under team supervision.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related fields.
• Students from other academic backgrounds are welcome to apply.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and email).
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
• Responsible, organised, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• No previous working experience required.
