Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma in Logistic/ Business Admin or equivalent
- Able to work under fast-paced environment and under minimum supervision
- Accurate and attentive to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good communication skills
Responsibilities
- Order stocks and inventory control of finished goods & packaging materials
- Plan, coordinate and manage incoming stock shipment and delivery activities
- Manage products complaints and quality issue; both with supplier and warehouse team
- Generate obsolete and aged stocks reports regularly
- Perform monthly stocks analysis reports
- Monitor purchase order/ stocks order fulfilment status
- Assist in administrative works such as distribute petty cash and prepare relevant attendance reports
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time
