Responsibilities
Pay: $15 per hour
Working Hours: 24–30 hours per week
Work Arrangement: Remote / Work From Home
Schedule: Mainly weekends, with some weekday shifts
This role is ideal for someone who is competent in managing remote operations, customer experience and coordination work. Possibility of converting to a full-time employment position for the right candidate.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage customer bookings and appointment scheduling for home spa
Support daily operations to ensure smooth and seamless service experience
Implement established sales tactics to maximise appointment bookings
Process customer purchases and prepare invoices
Requirements
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in spoken and written English
Detail-oriented and able to follow established procedures
Comfortable working independently
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
Working Hours
As needed basis, typically weekends 10am to 10pm and some weekdays 7am-10pm
Good to Have
Experience in the spa, wellness, hospitality, or service industry
Familiarity with accounting system, booking system and CRM system
