We are looking for a friendly and service-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join Yeomama Batik, a local batik fashion retail brand in Singapore.
Job Details
Working Days: Minimum 2 weekdays + 1 weekend day per week
Working Hours: 10am - 6pm or 2pm - 10pm
Salary: Up to $1,200 - $1,500
Location: Singapore
Employment Type: Part-Time / Full-Time
️ Your Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers with a warm and professional attitude
Recommend batik clothing, accessories and other products based on customers' needs
Provide product knowledge and styling recommendations
Handle cashiering and payment transactions accurately
Replenish, arrange and maintain merchandise displays
Ensure the shop floor is clean, organised and presentable
Assist with stock taking and inventory management
Support daily opening and closing duties
Handle customer enquiries and provide good after-sales service
Work closely with the team to achieve sales and customer service standards
We’re Looking For
Customer-oriented and comfortable interacting with customers
Friendly, approachable and confident in communication
Retail, sales or customer service experience is an advantage
Interest in fashion, batik or lifestyle products is a plus
Able to work at least 2 weekdays + 1 weekend day every week
Responsible, punctual and willing to learn
