Role Description The Vice President Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations across the events and catering portfolio. This role leads day-to-day operational planning, execution, and continuous improvement to ensure efficiency, quality, and scalability. Key responsibilities include managing operational processes, aligning resources, and coordinating cross-functional teams to support event delivery and client satisfaction. The Vice President Operations will monitor financial performance, provide input into budgets, support P&L oversight, and partner with leadership on long-term strategic initiatives. This role also develops and implements operational policies, ensures compliance with internal standards, and drives data-informed decisions to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization and resource planning.
• Candidates should possess experience in P&L Management and financial oversight to support budgeting and performance tracking.
• Candidates should possess advanced Strategic Planning capabilities to guide long-term growth and operational alignment.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills to coordinate complex, multi-site events and internal initiatives.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills focused on client satisfaction, issue resolution, and relationship management.
• Proven leadership experience in operations or related functions, ideally in hospitality, catering, or events.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data and metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field; advanced degree is an asset.
