  • Job Summary

  • We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in ERP systems and Finance processes to bridge business requirements and technology solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, stakeholder management experience, and an understanding of finance operations. Candidates who are AI-savvy and utilize AI tools for analysis, documentation, and productivity are encouraged to apply.

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

  • Work closely with Finance users and stakeholders to understand business processes.

  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications.

  • Conduct gap analysis between current and future business processes.

  • Participate in ERP implementation, enhancement, and support projects.

  • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FSD), and user stories.

  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings.

  • Support change management and user training.

  • Utilize AI tools to improve documentation, requirement analysis, meeting summaries, and productivity.

  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.

  • Minimum 2 years of Business Analyst experience.

  • Experience with ERP systems such as:

  • SAP

  • Oracle ERP

  • Microsoft Dynamics

  • Infor

  • Sage

  • Epicor

  • or similar ERP platforms

  • Good understanding of Finance modules:

  • General Ledger (GL)

  • Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Fixed Assets
