Serangoon North



Working Hours:
Mon–Fri, Sat half day: 9 am – 5 pm, 9am -1pm



Salary:
Full Time SGD $2,400 – $4,000 per month(commensurate with experience)/ Part Time: $15 - 25/hr (minimum 5hrs per day)

Key Responsibilities

Project & Contract Administration

Prepare and submit project documentation (Method Statements, RA, SWP, insurance, checklists)

Coordinate documentation submissions to Main Contractors / MCST / Consultants

Support tender documentation (GeBIZ / BCA / public sector portals)

Track project progress claims and variation orders

Maintain organized project filing system (hardcopy & digital)

Client & Operations Coordination (Projects)

Coordinate site inspection appointments

Prepare quotations and follow up with clients

Track sales enquiries and maintain CRM records

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors

Requirements

Minimum 2–5 years relevant experience in

Construction Project Administration

Familiar with BCA construction compliance requirements

Able to work independently in SME construction environment

Familiarity with

CRM, Xero, Tender Processes

will be at advantage
