Your new role

• Lead global Trade Compliance Operations across multiple international service hubs.
• Oversee sanctions screening, blocked order management, license management, material classification, and regulatory reporting activities.
• Drive service delivery excellence through KPI development, performance monitoring, and process optimisation.
• Lead regulatory change initiatives and ensure operational readiness for evolving trade regulations.
• Partner with global stakeholders, regulatory experts, and business teams on compliance matters.
• Manage internal and external audit support activities.
• Drive automation, digitalisation, and AI-enabled process improvements.
• Lead transformation projects focused on operational efficiency and scalability.
• Develop leadership capabilities, succession planning, and talent development across the organisation.
• Manage budgets, resource planning, and operational performance.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Business, Economics, International Trade, Law, Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Trade Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Proven people leadership experience, ideally within global or regional operations.
• Strong understanding of trade compliance, sanctions, export controls, licensing, or regulatory frameworks.
• Experience managing operational teams, shared services, or service hubs is advantageous.
• Exposure to process transformation, automation, digitalisation, or AI initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP and SAP GTS.
