Position Title: Project Management Intern

Reporting To: Head of Rollout

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to support our project management team in planning, coordinating, and tracking projects. The intern will gain hands-on experience in project coordination, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional communication.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Follow up on site requirements, including fire extinguishers, fire blankets, and fiber installation.

·       Update and maintain project databases and trackers.

·       Coordinate with Building Management (BM), internal teams, and relevant stakeholders.

·       Prepare and maintain supporting project documents.

·       Follow up on outstanding action items to ensure timely completion.

·       Perform administrative and ad-hoc project-related tasks as required

Key Qualifications:

·       Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related fields.

·       Basic understanding of project management concepts and lifecycle

·       Strong organizational and time-management skills

·       Good communication skills (written and verbal)

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace

·       Ability to work independently and in a team environment

·       Attention to detail and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira, MS Project)

·       Basic data analysis or reporting skills

·       Experience working on academic or group projects
