Full Time Lecturer - Business (Centre of Foundation Studies) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,800 in City University Malaysia Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and other teaching activities for Foundation in Business students.
• Prepare teaching materials, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
• Engage students through effective teaching strategies and interactive learning activities.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support academic development.
• Apply Outcome-Based Education (OBE) principles in teaching and learning.
• Ensure teaching and assessment practices comply with MQA requirements and institutional academic quality standards.
• Participate in curriculum development, academic meetings, and quality assurance activities.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the relevant subject area.
• Good teaching, communication, and student engagement skills.
• Digital literacy and the ability to incorporate technology into teaching and learning.
• Knowledge of OBE, MQA requirements, assessment methods, and academic quality assurance.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to student development.

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
