About the role
We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive to join Sushi Hiro in Bandar Tasik Selatan, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to plan and execute marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales across our restaurant outlets. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, coordinating promotional campaigns, and supporting new outlet launches while ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence across all marketing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal activities.
• Manage and grow the company's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu & Google Business).
• Create engaging marketing content, captions, short videos/reels and promotional materials.
• Coordinate new outlet launches, menu promotions, and marketing events for outlets.
• Work with photographers and external vendors on marketing projects.
• Coordinate printing and production of catalogues, brochures, and exhibition materials.
• Monitor campaign performance, social media insights, and customer engagement.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
• Support customer loyalty programmers and promotional initiatives.
• Prepare marketing reports and provide administrative support for marketing activities.

What we're looking for

• Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content creation & able to plan and execute the marketing campaigns.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools) are an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Creative, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
