Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcome!

  • 1-2 years experience in customer service / technical support role is an added advantage.

  • Willing to learn & good attitude

  • Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

  • Able to work based at COMPASS SME Precinct @ Kota Seri Langat

Responsibilities

  • Handle routine operations on warranty items from customers.

  • Maintain warranty items productivity/workflow.

  • Track warranty replacement returned for repair.

  • Manage and liaise with customers / supplier regarding the warranty items.
