Job Summary

Support the delivery planner by performing administrative tasks and updating customers' orders for operations to ensure smooth delivery arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operations manager with administrative tasks to support daily office operations
• Upload customers' instructions for collection and delivery accurately to maintain operational flow
• Prepare delivery documentation to facilitate smooth operations
• Manage operational records filing to ensure efficient business processes
• Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and billings to support logistics and finance teams
• Perform data entry, filing, and document scanning to maintain organized records
• Maintain and update customer database reports to provide accurate information for decision-making
• Complete other administrative duties assigned by superiors promptly and accurately

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
