Candidate must possess a minimum pass in at least 5 subjects, including English, at GCE “O” Level or Nitec Certificate
2. Candidate must possess SingaporeWSQ Certificated in Service Excellence (Level 1) Certification
- Update contact details including e-mailaddresses and hand-phone numbers
- Advise/explain to residents on LUPoptingperiod, answer any enquiries/related issues that residents may have on LUP.
- Works Within Blocks And At precinct_ ServingNotices
- For works within the blocks, inform residentsby displaying notices at notice boards. For works which directly affect orlikely to affect the residents such as disruption of services, temporaryclosure of existing car parks, letter must be sent to residents in addition todisplay at Notice Board. If it is anticipated that there will be noisy worksthat are likely go beyond normal working hours, inform affected residentsthrough a letter in advance..
- Handling and resolving residents’feedbacks/enquiries promptly. Building and establishing a friendly rapport withresidents.
