Full Time Loan Agency Operations Executive (Contract) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 5,000 in AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

• Set up financing deals and prepare paperwork, checking they match credit approvals
• Support the Front Office on agency and bilateral mandates
• Run agency administration for syndicated loans, including Facility Agent, Security Agent and Account Bank roles
• Review legal documents and work with relevant parties to keep them in line with internal policy
• Handle utilisation requests, rate-fixing and rollovers
• Be the contact for borrowers and lenders on waiver, consent and amendment requests
• Set up and manage limits in LIQ
• Monitor collateral and covenants
• Provide rates and indicators for portfolio valuation
