1.    Technical Product Support – Providecustomers and the sales team with accurate technical information about freshmeat, poultry, seafood, and other fresh products.

2.    Customer Requirement Coordination – Understand andcoordinate customer requirements for product specifications, cuts, grades,weight, packaging, origin, and delivery conditions.

3.    Sales Order Coordination – Process andverify customer orders according to agreed specifications and deliveryrequirements.

4.    Product Specification Management – Maintain updatedproduct specifications, product codes, pack sizes, shelf life, storagerequirements, and technical information.

5.    Fresh & Meat Product Knowledge – Maintain strongknowledge of meat cuts, grades, chilled/frozen products, handling requirements,and product applications.

6.    Quality Coordination – Coordinate withquality and operations teams to ensure products supplied meet agreed customerspecifications.

7.    Food Safety Documentation – Maintain andprovide relevant food-safety documents, certificates, product specifications,and compliance records when required.

8.    Traceability Support – Maintain recordsrelating to batch numbers, production/packing dates, expiry dates, lot numbers,and product traceability.

9.    Temperature & Cold-Chain Coordination – Monitor andcoordinate requirements related to chilled and frozen product storage andtransportation.

10.                       Customer Technical Queries – Respond tocustomer questions regarding product quality, specifications, storage, shelflife, preparation, and handling.

11.                       Product Complaint Investigation – Record customercomplaints and coordinate investigations with quality, warehouse, purchasing,and suppliers.

12.                       Supplier Coordination – Liaise withsuppliers regarding product specifications, quality issues, availability,certificates, and technical documentation.

13.                       Quotation Support – Assist the salesteam in preparing quotations based on product specifications, pack sizes,customer requirements, and approved pricing.

14.                       Product Sampling – Coordinateproduct samples, trials, tastings, and customer evaluations for new oralternative products.

15.                       New Product Development Support – Support theintroduction of new meat and fresh products based on customer and marketrequirements.

16.                       Inventory & Availability Coordination – Coordinate withpurchasing and warehouse teams to confirm product availability and communicateshortages or alternatives.

17.                       Technical Sales Support – Assist salesexecutives during customer meetings by providing product specifications andtechnical information.

18.                       Regulatory & Compliance Support – Maintaindocumentation required for applicable food-safety, import, supplier, andregulatory requirements.

19.                       Technical & Sales Reporting – Prepare reportscovering customer requirements, product complaints, samples, new products,quality issues, and sales activities.

20.                       Cross-Department Coordination – Coordinateeffectively with sales, quality assurance, purchasing, warehouse, logistics,suppliers, and management to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled
