Responsibilities

Serve as the key technical contact for customers, providing technical support, managing requirements, coordinating solutions, and strengthening customer relationships.

Provide technical support anddrive timely resolution of customer issues and data requests.

Build strong customerrelationships and understand current and future technical requirements.

Evaluate new customerspecifications and develop appropriate qualification and production plans.

Collaborate with global teamsto develop solutions and improvement plans that meet customer needs.

Represent the company in customer meetings, presentations and technical discussions.

Communicate process improvements and changes to customers and coordinate qualification activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degreein Science, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.

Strong customer focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-facing or technical experience preferred.

Familiarity with databases,spread sheets, statistical tools and project management.

Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
