Full Time In-House Housekeeping Steward-Cleaner Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,495 in PONTIAC LAND PRIVATE LIMITED Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily cleaning of washrooms, offices and common areas :
Sweep, mop tile and concrete floor areas
Vacuum all carpeted areas
Dust all furniture and fixtures as required
Wash and disinfect all washroom floors, toilets, toilet seats, hand dryers and fixtures
Clean all mirrors
Replenish consumable toiletries as needed
Empty all dustbins and replace the dustbin liners as needed
Clean entrance and exit including glass, doors and hardware
Clean and remove all finger marks from walls, doors, hardware and glass
Report minor maintenance repairs
Report damages and acts of vandalism
Spot clean walls and toilet partitions
Perform disinfections whenever required
Perform other related duties as required
Perform periodic cleaning of washrooms, offices and common areas which shall include but not restricted to :
Vacuum and shampoo of carpets
Polishing of brass / stainless steel wares
Burnishing / polishing of stone floors
Glass cleaning
High dusting
Pressure jetting
Operations of machineries
Exercise care in the safe usage of tools / equipment
Report defective equipment / systems
Keep janitor rooms clean and orderly
Collect and replenish of consumable stocks in assigned storage
Uphold and adhere to all current emergency, security and fire procedures
