We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Foot Reflexologist to provide professional foot reflexology and wellness treatments. The ideal candidate should possess good technique, a strong service attitude, and the ability to create a relaxing and comfortable experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

Perform professional foot reflexology treatments using proper pressure point techniques

Provide basic body massage treatments when required

Assess customers’ needs and recommend suitable treatments or wellness packages

Ensure customer comfort, satisfaction, and professionalism throughout the session

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, tools, towels, and equipment

Prepare foot baths, oils, and treatment materials before each session

Follow company SOPs, hygiene standards, and service protocols

Promote and upsell packages, memberships, and services when appropriate

Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits

Requirements

Certification in Foot Reflexology or Massage Therapy preferred

Prior experience in reflexology, massage, or wellness industry is an advantage

Good knowledge of foot pressure points and reflexology techniques

Customer service-oriented with good communication skills

Physically fit and able to stand or perform treatments for extended hours

Positive attitude, responsible, and team player

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
