Full Time SUPERVISOR Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in JAJAN VIRAL WHOLESALES CITY SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

• Supervise and monitor the daily activities and performance of the sales team to ensure all tasks are carried out according to company SOPs.
• Ensure the sales team achieves daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Plan and monitor staff schedules, customer visits, sales routes, and daily work assignments.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, discipline, and compliance with company rules and regulations.
• Guide, train, and motivate team members to improve sales performance, productivity, and customer service.
• Monitor sales reports, customer orders, sales collections, and team performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members regarding their work performance and KPI achievement.
• Ensure all team members follow company SOPs when handling products, customer orders, stock, payments, and delivery activities.
• Monitor stock movement and ensure proper handling of goods to minimise stock discrepancies, damaged products, and expired goods.
• Handle customer complaints and operational issues professionally and report major issues to the immediate superior.
• Identify sales opportunities, develop new customer accounts, and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse, Operations, Finance, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Investigate work-related issues, identify the root causes of problems, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure all staff complete their assigned duties within the required timeframe and take appropriate action when tasks are not completed.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports to the management.
• Recommend training, coaching, or disciplinary action when necessary in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure the team maintains professionalism, teamwork, and good communication with customers and other departments.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
