Job Summary

This full-time role combines customer service and sales to resolve customer issues, generate leads, and support business growth at a busy airport luggage service center.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer complaints by identifying root causes, delivering effective solutions, and ensuring complete follow-up for satisfaction
• Handle incoming customer calls to assess needs and proactively generate new sales leads
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to prepare reports recommending product or service improvements to management
• Foster open communication and build trust within the team to contribute to achieving team targets
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain performance under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Required competencies and certifications

• Ability to work a 6-day work week including weekends and public holidays
• Strong communication, active listening, and conflict-resolution skills

Preferred competencies and qualifications
