Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to plan, coordinate, and execute construction activities on site, ensuring timely progress and resource optimization
Monitor construction work to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations, minimizing defects and hazards
Attend site meetings, inspections, and monitoring sessions to provide accurate updates on work progress and address issues promptly
Oversee daily construction operations to enforce health, safety, and regulatory requirements, reducing incidents and maintaining a safe work environment
Coordinate site logistics, including scheduling material deliveries and allocating equipment, to sustain efficient workflow and avoid delays
Assist in tracking project budgets and monitoring cost-related matters to support financial control and project profitability
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent delays and cost overruns
Ensure site safety by enforcing proper execution of site work procedures and promoting a culture of safety awareness
Required competencies and certifications
Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
