We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, drive operational excellence, and lead a high-performing team. The role will focus on operational performance, inventory management, stakeholder engagement, safety compliance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee inbound, outbound, inventory and order fulfilment operations.
• Drive performance against KPIs, SLAs and customer requirements.
• Lead and develop warehouse supervisors, team leaders and operational staff.
• Manage manpower planning, resource allocation and team performance.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and effective utilization of SAP/WMS.
• Drive Lean, Kaizen and process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and regulatory requirements.
• Manage client relationships, operational escalations and key stakeholder communications.
• Support warehouse automation, digitalization and transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations or a related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and SAP/WMS.
• Experience in KPI management and continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Singapore workplace safety regulations is preferred.
