Full Time WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Sanrix Paper Johor - Maukerja

• Managing Workflow and Assigning Tasks: Organizing daily operations, setting clear goals, delegating tasks, and making sure the team meets productivity deadlines.
• Training and Onboarding New Hires: Teaching new employees company policies, explaining job duties, driving forklift and providing hands-on guidance during their transition.
• Evaluating Performance and Providing Feedback: Monitoring employee output, conducting performance reviews, offering constructive coaching, and recognizing achievements.
• Resolving Conflicts: Mediating workplace disagreements and handling employee issues or complaints professionally to maintain morale and productivity.
• Ensuring Safety and Policy Compliance: Enforcing workplace rules, maintaining safety standards, and reporting important updates or incidents to senior management and human resources.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
