Full Time Retail Supervisor at Megan Queensbay Mall Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Megan Jewellery Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

• Supervise and lead retail sales associates to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards and deliver a premium shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, promotions, and after-sales inquiries.
• Monitor daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve sales performance and product knowledge.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and according to company guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, stock transfers, and stock counts.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Maintain store cleanliness, security, and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational procedures.
• Support management in implementing sales and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of retail sales experience
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is an advantage.
• Strong sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Good leadership and team management abilities.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and retail shift schedules.
• Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and customer-oriented mindset.

Basic Salary + Allowances + Overtime + Commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
