Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused Customer Service team member to handle customer enquiries, bookings, and daily communication. You will also coordinate with drivers and customers to ensure booking information and trip statuses are updated accurately.

Requirements

1. Must be able to speak and write in Mandarin.

2. Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Responsible, patient, and friendly when handling customers.

5. Basic computer and Google Sheets knowledge.

6. Able to work well within a team.

1. Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp and other messaging channels.

2. Handle customer bookings and general enquiries.

3. Coordinate with drivers and customers regarding bookings and trips.

4. Update booking details and trip statuses accurately.

5. Provide friendly and professional customer support.

6. Follow up on customer requests and booking matters when required.
