• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience managing brand social media accounts; F&B or retail experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with Xiaohongshu (XHS) and Dian Ping (大众点评) is a strong advantage.

• Basic graphic design and video editing skills using tools such as Canva and CapCut for minor content adjustments and designer briefing.

• Able to work effectively within a small team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Proficient in English and Mandarin, required for XHS and Dian Ping community management.

XHS (Xiaohongshu) Coordination

• Coordinate campaign planning and notifications with the XHS team.

Dian Ping (大众点评)

• Maintain and optimise outlet listings, including photos, descriptions, and operating hours.

• Monitor and track customer reviews, compile analysis, and escalate reputation-related issues to the Assistant Marketing Manager (AMM).

Shopee Account Management

• Maintain and optimise the Madam Kwan’s Shopee storefront and product listings.

• Set up campaigns, flash deals, vouchers, and other marketplace promotions.

• Handle marketplace customer inquiries and coordinate order fulfilment.

Shared Team Duties

Support the rollout and placement of promotional materials across outlets.

Assist with campaign events and ad-hoc marketing operations as required.
