Full Time Chef Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Seri Bako Malaysia Selangor - Maukerja

At least 2–3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or in a related position

Certificate/Diploma in Pastry, Culinary Arts or a related field is an advantage

Strong knowledge of pastry preparation, baking techniques and dessert production

Creative, passionate and detail-oriented

Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

Able to work independently as well as in a team

Good time management and organizational skills

Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment

Willing to work on weekends and public holidays according to operational requirements

Prepare pastries, desserts, cakes and baked goods according to company standards

Ensure consistency in taste, texture, quality and presentation

Develop and introduce new pastry and dessert creations

Manage daily pastry preparation and production efficiently

Monitor ingredients and inventory while minimizing wastage

Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen safety

Maintain pastry equipment and ensure the work area is clean and organized

Work closely with the kitchen and operations teams

Train and guide junior pastry team members and share knowledge and experience
