We are seeking a versatile, meticulous, and highly organized
Logistics cum Accounts Executive
to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in bridging our daily supply chain operations with our financial workflows. You will take charge of managing inventory and documentation while maintaining accurate full-set financial records.

Key Responsibilities
1. Accounts & Finance (50%)
Handle
Full Sets of Accounts
, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
Perform monthly bank reconciliations, prepare financial statements, and assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Audit and verify invoices, warehouse charges, and supplier billings against quotations and delivery orders.
Process employee expense claims and corporate disbursements.
2. Logistics & Supply Chain (50%)
Oversee inventory management, maintain accurate stock records, and coordinate regular physical stock counts.
Review transport and warehousing costs to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
Experience:
Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience handling a dual function or operating heavily in both logistics and accounting roles.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) or accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB).
Intermediate to advanced skills in
Microsoft Excel
(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP).
Soft Skills:
Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
