• Report directly to the Project Manager, VDC Manager.
• Assist Project Director & VDC Manager to lead a team of BIM Coordinators and BIM Engineers.
• Setting BIM Standards and generating BIM Contents for Company and Projects.
• Ensuring implementation of BIM processes.
• Provide guidance and training internally in BIM and VDC applications and authoring.
• Leading and agendas for ICE Session, BIM Coordination, and relevant meetings.

Requirements

• Relevant Certificate/ Diploma / Degree or equivalent.
• Specialist Diploma in BIM and Computational BIM (by BCA) will be an advantage.
• 5-10 years working experience on site in building or civil engineering project.
• 5-10 years experience in design, drafting, modelling, technical, planning or engineering.
• 5-10 years experience in BIM authoring software (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, etc.)
• Experience in application using Autodesk Dynamo and other Revit API application program software will be an advantage.
• In-depth working knowledge of current BIM versions and applications.
