Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide pharmaceutical care and medication dispensing services to outpatients.
Review and verify prescriptions to ensure medication accuracy, safety and appropriate dosing.
Counsel patients and caregivers on medication usage, potential side effects and treatment adherence.
Collaborate with doctors, nurses and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to support patient care.
Assist with daily pharmacy operations and provide coverage across different clinic areas when required.
Requirements:
Degree in Pharmacy recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC).
At least 2 years of pharmacy experience in a
private or government hospital.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
