ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE (9 months Maternity Cover)

THE ROLE:

The administrative executive is responsible for providing administrative and organizational

support to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations of an office or facility. The

administrator's responsibilities may include, keeping track of stock inventory, maintaining

financial and client records, handling maintenance issues and providing administrative support

as needed.

This is a full-time job and reports directly to Managing Director at SINGTEST TECHNOLOGY

PTE LTD.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

The ideal candidate must be flexible to meet the demands of our growing organization. The

ideal candidate will have a cheery disposition, impeccable organizational skills, and prior

experience in an assistant role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Servicing and Sustaining- include keeping track of stock in the warehouse,

maintaining financial and client records. Managing and updating company databases

system. Prepare the necessary shipping documents for local and overseas.

 Manage office supplies – monitor office supply levels, reorder when appropriate

including managing the maintenance of office and facility equipment.

 Support sales and engineering team – able to assist sales and engineer team for

the repair and maintenance services engagement

 Support finance and procurement team – able to prepare Invoices/ Purchase

Orders/ Quotations/Delivery Notes to customers/suppliers.

 Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS/SKILLS:

 Willingness to learn, with a service-oriented and positive attitude.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

 Minimum A level / Diploma in any discipline or an equivalence in working experiences.

 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant or

in other related position

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.

REMENUSATION:

Salary Range: SGD 2800 - 3000
