About the Roles

Join a CPA firm as an Audit Supervisor / Audit Manager based in City Hall, where you will oversee diverse audit engagements and support audit quality initiatives. This is a permanent role with a Monday to Friday schedule (9.00AM – 6.00PM), offering a competitive basic salary with performance bonus as part of the remuneration package.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan and oversee audit engagements across a diverse client portfolio while ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
• Manage and guide audit teams, including reviewing work and providing training to junior staff.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business operations, assess risks, and provide recommendations.
• Prepare and deliver quality audit reports and financial statements.
• Drive improvements in audit processes and enhance overall audit quality.
• Support business development activities through proposal preparation and client presentations.
• Perform additional responsibilities assigned by Partners and HODs.

What We’re Looking For

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• Have at least 5 years of relevant audit experience.
• Hold a professional accountancy qualification (CA) or be currently pursuing one.
• Demonstrate experience in managing multiple audit engagements effectively.
