About the Team:

About the team

You will contribute to the growth of our Instant Mart (instant delivery) business. We are looking for someone highly analytical with a very strong sense of ownership, who can take an ambiguous problem, work out what needs to happen, and drive it to results independently.

Job Description:
  • Own growth OKRs end to end: take full ownership of the Instant Mart OKRs (e.g. orders, buyer adoption, repeat rate) and independently drive initiatives from problem scoping and business case through execution and post-launch review
  • Spend with discipline: plan and manage initiative budgets (vouchers, incentives, marketing) rationally, balancing growth against cost and unit economics, prioritising by expected ROI and cutting what isn't working
  • Shape the long-term plan: work out where instant delivery should go over the next 1 to 3 years, including which categories, cities and merchants to focus on, and what it takes to scale profitably.
  • Find and fix growth problems: dig deep into funnel, buyer and merchant data to understand why metrics move, troubleshoot issues holding back growth, identify the levers to increase buyer adoption, and turn findings into clear, actionable proposals
  • Improve the buyer experience: think from the buyer's point of view to spot gaps in the journey and UI/UX, propose and prioritise the future product features needed, work with Product on requirements, and measure impact after launch
  • Lead cross-functional execution: run initiatives across Product, Operations, Logistics, Marketing, Category and Finance, owning timelines, resources and deliverables (PMO)
  • Track and report performance: maintain the key dashboards and regular business reviews, flag issues early, and drive them to resolution
  • Automate with AI: leverage AI tools to automate manual processes such as reporting, data pulls, monitoring and analysis, so the team spends more time on high-impact work
  • Influence senior leadership: turn analysis into crisp, data-backed recommendations for senior leadership and drive alignment on key decisions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or another analytical field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in consulting, advisory, business planning or analytics is a plus
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ownership to manage projects end to end in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with data; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint, with dashboarding experience a plus
  • Curious about AI tools and keen to use them to automate and simplify work
  • Strong stakeholder management, with excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Flexible, resourceful and a strong team player
