Full Time Customer Relation Management Executive - Marketing Department Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in PMG HEALTHCARE SDN. BHD. Federal Territory - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Data Extraction & Preparation – Extract, consolidate, format and prepare member, transaction and outlet data from Xilnex and other approved sources.
• Data Cleansing & Validation – Check duplicates, missing fields, inconsistent values and campaign eligibility; document validation checks and escalate discrepancies.
• Campaign Target Lists – Prepare campaign audiences based on approved criteria and deadlines; perform pre-campaign eligibility and accuracy checks.
• Campaign Reporting – Prepare validated member-, transaction- and outlet level datasets and compile standard campaign metrics along with other CRM reports for review by the management.
• CRM Data & Operational Support – Support member data cleansing, estamp/eligibility checks, redemption verification, trackers and other assigned data-related operational tasks.
• Process Improvement – Maintain reusable templates and recommend improvements to recurring data preparation and validation tasks.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or other relevant disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with experience in data processing, reporting, or data analysis will have an added advantage.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and logical thinking skills, with good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookup functions, PivotTables, and data cleaning.
• Knowledge of Power Query is an advantage.
• Able to handle large datasets, validate data accuracy, follow business rules, and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to document findings and highlight data discrepancies.
• Experience with CRM systems, POS systems, loyalty programmes, customer databases, or campaign reporting is an advantage. Basic knowledge of Power BI or SQL is desirable but not mandatory.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
