Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle daily reception duties, including greeting and attending to visitors, answering incoming calls and managing visitor arrangements.
Coordinate meeting arrangements, including meeting room setup, preparation of refreshments and meeting facilities, and provision of on-site meeting support.
Maintain the office environment and common areas, including coordinating cleaning and maintenance services, overseeing office greenery and ensuring a clean, tidy and presentable workplace.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, parcels and courier services, and ensure timely receipt, distribution and dispatch.
Assist in organising and coordinating company events, staff activities and other corporate functions, and provide general administrative support and undertake other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent qualification.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in office reception, front desk or administrative support.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Detail-oriented, responsible and well-organised, with good coordination skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and service-oriented attitude.
