Full Time F-B Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,200 in DEMI Coffee Federal Territory - Maukerja

RichKopitiam is looking for a responsible and motivated F&B Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery. The successful candidate will supervise outlet staff, maintain service standards and support the management team in achieving operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
• Monitor staff attendance, work schedules and daily task assignments.
• Ensure smooth food preparation and customer service operations.
• Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation.
• Ensure employees follow company SOPs and service standards.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards are maintained.
• Guide, train and supervise outlet crew members.
• Assist management in monitoring daily sales and outlet performance.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in F&B, café or restaurant operations is preferred.
• Supervisory experience will be an advantage.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
