Looking for a new direction with opportunities to develop greater responsibility?
Royal Organisation is looking for individuals interested in learning direct sales and building towards team leadership. You’ll begin with face-to-face customer engagement before progressing towards additional responsibilities as your results and capabilities develop.
What You’ll Be Doing
Learn and present your assigned client’s offerings.
Engage potential customers at event and outdoor campaign locations.
Answer questions and support interested customers through sign-up.
Work towards sales goals and apply feedback.
Develop the skills to support newcomers when ready.
